Ponyo Plot

The story tells about the friendship of two five-year-old children, the boy Sosuke and the fish Ponyo, the daughter of a sorcerer and sea goddess. Sosuke lives with his mother in a house on a cliff overlooking the sea. He and his mother are inseparable, although the caring and somewhat strict Risa often worries about her son and little friend in one bottle. Ponyo falls in love with Sosuke and now wants only one thing – to become a human.

At first, the two little heroes acquire an inexplicable bond that is close only to the two of them, they both cannot be without a friend for a second, although they do not know anything about each other’s world and have never talked. Of course, the little fish cannot speak, but this does not prevent little Sosuke from spending a wonderful day with her on the shore, showing her old friends and mothers who were delighted. But a strange stranger from the very morning seemed creepy to the Sosuke family, because Ponyo’s loving father will not leave his child in strangers, human and small hands.
